3 Dead After Car Crashes Into Plasma Clinic In Pittsburgh: Officials

An automobile drove into a building, Plasma Clinic in Pittsburgh on Saturday, killing three people, according to the city’s public safety agency.

According to authorities, the structure — A Plasma Clinic — caught fire and was extinguished after a two-alarm fire. After the fire was put out, the three victims were discovered dead.

According to Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesperson Maurice Matthews, one of those killed was the vehicle’s driver. The identities of the other two victims are unknown.

According to Matthews, ten staffers and five donors were in the plasma clinic at the time. According to him, emergency medical technicians assessed “several” victims on the site.

A number of individuals were hurt, with one of them in critical condition. According to Matthews, the person in critical condition was a patient at the hospital.

The reason for the accident is still being investigated.

Officials said two firemen and a medic were also treated for mild smoke inhalation.
