Danielle Fishel, Star Of ‘Boy Meets World,’ Has Given Birth To Her Second Child

Danielle Fishel, star of “Boy Meets World,” has had her second child.

The actress, 40, disclosed that she and her husband, Jensen Karp, welcomed their baby, Keaton Joseph Karp, on Aug. 29 in an Instagram post over the weekend.

Fishel wrote on the significance of her newborn son’s name with photographs of baby Keaton and his elder sibling, 2-year-old Adler.

“He was born on his dead grandfather Larry’s birthday (like I wished!) and his middle name is an honor to his great grandfather, who, at over 98 years old, is still here to greet him,” she wrote.

“Adler is a super(hero) big brother, and @jensenkarp and I are overjoyed to have him back with us, well and safe,” she continued. “Adler also believes I have a lot more fun with my postpartum care items than I do.”

In May, Fishel revealed her pregnancy on the occasion of her 40th birthday.

“I couldn’t be more grateful to be entering my 40s with my incredible husband and son, eagerly anticipating the birth of baby boy #2,” she said on Instagram. “My birthday wish for all of you is that you tell someone you love them and that you go through today with more tolerance than usual.”

In June 2019, Fishel and Karp had their first child, Adler, four weeks early. During an ultrasound, physicians detected fluid in Fishel’s son’s lungs, prompting her to give delivery.

Fishel claimed she and her husband felt “powerless and worthless” while Adler was in the neonatal intensive care unit for three weeks.
